About the Role
As a Change Management and Training Analyst, you will focus on the people side of change, including:
- Changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Developing and implementing program training materials to ensure seamless adoption.
Your mission is to create and implement change management strategies, training programs, and plans that:
- Maximize employee adoption and usage.
- Minimize resistance and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
- Document and manage change activities, including creating and maintaining training materials.
- Drive adoption of changes to business processes and organizational strategies.
- Implement and maintain training programs that align with key organizational goals.
- Oversee the third-party management lifecycle for program support.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, including:
- 2+ years in change management roles.
- 2+ years in training development and delivery.
- Skills: Strong background in:
- Developing and documenting change management strategies.
- Creating, implementing, and maintaining training materials.
- Familiarity with risk management is a plus.
- Mindset: Business-focused perspective (non-technical/IT role).
